Our Story
How this started
We're Ben Burger and Ben Frizzell, and we run SaunaMarketplace.com — an online sauna retailer. As the business grew, a pattern kept repeating itself: a customer would order a sauna, and somewhere in the process they'd ask us something like, “do you know anyone who can handle the electrical?” or “who should I call to install this?”
We wanted to give them a real answer — not a generic Google search. So we started building our own list of trusted installers, electricians, and crane companies. We checked websites, called people, and noted who we'd actually recommend. After a while, that list had grown into something too useful to keep to ourselves.
So we turned it into SaunaCompanies.com and made it free for everyone. If you need a sauna professional anywhere in the country, this is the place to find one — curated with the same care we put into every order we fulfill.

At SaunaMarketplace, we do whatever it takes to make a customer happy. That's not a tagline — it's just how we operate. When something goes wrong, we don't hide behind timelines or supplier lead times. We find a way.
Case in point: we once had a customer waiting on replacement benches that were coming from Europe. The lead time was going to be weeks. Ben Frizzell pulled the benches out of his own home sauna and shipped them to the customer so they wouldn't have to wait. His sauna sat benchless until the replacements arrived. That's just what felt right to do.
We bring that same mindset to this directory. Every listing here has been looked at by a real person. We're honest about what we know, transparent about what we don't, and we only put our “Recommended” badge on companies we'd send our own customers to without hesitation.

How we curate
Verification
